By submitting some additional information and photographs you may also like to try our easy to complete enhanced online valuation. This level of valuation allows our team members to receive additional information about your home and details of any significant improvements you may have completed.

With the data received, we assess your home with a greater degree of accuracy and send you your personalised online valuation within 24 hours of submission.

Full valuation and property inspection

For a full and accurate property assessment we will need to access your property. We are then able to take note of size, location and condition of your home and complete a detailed and accurate appraisal report.
