Is Invitation to tender, right for me?

Is Invitation to tender, right for me?

There are many ways of selling property but here we concentrate on INVITATION TO TENDER!!

Invitation to Tender

Tender requires a buyer to place one bid usually in writing. This process can be very effective in ensuring that the best price is achieved based on current market conditions.

Applicants are invited to viewing events at the subject property where they will usually view in tandem with other prospective buyers. Interested parties are then required to submit their offers in writing by a date pre-agreed by the seller and agent.

At this point the offers are qualified and reviewed and the seller (with our advice) can decide on how they wish to proceed. With Invitation To Tender, the bid is not legally binding and there is a period of time to exchange contracts.

The sales process with an informal tender follows the same pattern as the Private Treaty process.

Invitation to tenders are generally only suitable for a certain type of property, normally ones that offer NO ONWARD CHAIN and perhaps offer BAGS of POTENTIAL please call Church & Hawes to see if your property maybe suitable.
