As you may be aware in order to benefit from a refresh on some of the major Property Portals a reduction needs to be in excess of 2% of the current price and it is always beneficial to bear this in mind when considering your options in order to maximise the exposure of your home.
It is important to remember that at any point regardless of the level of supply and demand your property is ultimately worth what someone is prepared to pay for it! With this also in mind your sale and purchase price will also be relative.
