We are thrilled to announce that the BURNHAM WATERS OFFICIAL PUBLIC LAUNCH will take place on Saturday 11th November between 10am & 4pm. VIEWING IS STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Exclusive Open Launch Incentives. Three show homes will be available to view including one, two and three bedroom designs.

On Saturday 11th of November 2023, Burnham Waters will host an exciting open-day event.

Burnham Waters is a specially designed vibrant and caring community for over 55s. From 10am to 4pm on the 11th of November, three show homes will be available to view, including The Stour (1 bedroom), The Chelmer (2 bedroom), and The Blackwater (3 bedroom). Attendees will also be able to view approved building plans for the development of Phase 1, together with artists' impressions of various scenes throughout the village.

Access to this event will be via the main site entrance (on the left-hand side of the B1010 just before the Burnham-on-Crouch town sign) with ample parking available.
