We are thrilled to announce that the BURNHAM WATERS OFFICIAL PUBLIC LAUNCH will take place on Saturday 11th November between 10am & 4pm. VIEWING IS STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Exclusive Open Launch Incentives. Three show homes will be available to view including one, two and three bedroom designs.

On Saturday 11th of November 2023, Burnham Waters will host an exciting open-day event.

Burnham Waters is a specially designed vibrant and caring community for over 55s. The development consists of practical, stylish properties that are suited to modern lifestyles and have been built with flexibility in mind, to suit residents' evolving requirements in later years. Meanwhile, the Burnham Waters community will be home to smaller 'hubs' with interconnecting walking paths and open communal green spaces as a landscape-led development.

Burnham Waters boasts a range of on-site amenities that enhance day-to-day life for residents. These include a wellness centre, swimming pool, parade of shops, medical centre, a village green, and more.

From 10am to 4pm on the 11^th of November, three show homes will be available to view, including The Stour (1 bedroom), The Chelmer (2 bedroom), and The Blackwater (3 bedroom). Attendees will also be able to view approved building plans for the development of Phase 1, together with artists' impressions of various scenes throughout the village.

Burnham Waters have partnered with Nobi, the creators of unprecedented fall-detection technology, to offer residents and their families complete peace of mind. This can be seen in action on request.

Refreshments will be available throughout the day, whilst Burnham Waters’ agents will be on hand to answer any questions guests might have.

Access to this event will be via the main site entrance (on the left-hand side of the B1010 just before the Burnham-on-Crouch town sign) with ample parking available.
